Subscription Agreement and Exhibits.

Start using the Portal as you have “accepted” this electronic contract and your agreement to the Subscription Agreement shall operate as a binding agreement between you and UV Cabs with respect to the services of the Portal.

This Agreement is made between Zestcab Global Solution, a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as “Zestcab Global Solution”, which shall mean and include its representatives, successors, affiliates and assigns) on the one side and all the Key Vendors subscribing as the other side.

Now therefore the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. That I am taking subscription from (Zestcab Global Solution), which I am taking with my consent and my own free will. I am paying money of Rs._ to Zestcab Global Solution for which I took the money once for the Zestcab Global Solution subscription plan. I have Paid an assurance that I will never ask for the money back or there is no case complaint of any kind of subscription plan regarding.
2. That I undertakes to above said prime vendor and Vendor ship if, misuse by someone then Zestcab Global Solution will not responsible for any above said PRIME VENDOR SHIP. And Vendor 
3. That  I undertakes if anything happens with him by doing the such work then  I am fully responsible himself and I am not claim any compensation amount/injury from the Zestcab Global Solution in future. 
4. That I undertakes to use the Vehicle(s) for commercial purposes only and in compliance of the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act 1988 and applicable rules and any other law, rules, orders, directions in forced issued by any statutory body.
5. That I also undertakes that driver operating the Vehicle will follow the rules of the road at all times as enumerated under the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 or any other law.
6. That I am further assured in any unlawful or illegal activity while performing Services.
7. That I shall ensure registration of Vehicle at all times and shall hold and keep updated / renewed all licenses, insurance and permits necessary for the use of Vehicle on the Zestcab Global Solution.
8. That I shall be solely responsible for any act or omission on the part of its Drivers including any rash and negligent driving, verbal, physical or harassment of any nature.
9. That I am further undertakes no misbehave and abusing the customers.
10. That I will no demand for prime vendor ship from Zestcab Global Solution upto lifetime from the date of subscription membership.
11. If any dispute arises between me and Zestcab Global Solution in connection with, or arising out of, these T&C, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (Indian) to be adjudicated by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by Zestcab Global Solution. Arbitration shall be held in DELHI. The proceedings of arbitration shall be in the English language. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding on the Parties.
12. That the Zestcab Global Solution and the Commercial Transport Service Provider all over India.
13. That in case the above said undertakes are found false and wrong, the Zestcab Global Solution shall be at liberty to take appropriate action against me including termination of my services without any notice.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, each of the Parties has executed this Agreement:
